Dwaine Edward "DW" Ames was buried in Section D, Quadrant II, Lot 93.

October 7th:

On October 7, 2006, the descendants of Taylor and Emma Paisley Woodward,  visited their roots in Augusta.  Mary Jo Woodward, daughter of Emma and Taylor Woodward, toured the area with her guests, Beverly Ann Click Here for Full-Size ImageWoodward Eisel, granddaughter of Emma and Taylor, and Joseph William Eisel, great-grandson.  The guests have other roots in Augusta, namely Shaw and Bettis.

They visited Ralph Hawk of Kensington Road who presently resides in the former Woodward home where Mary Jo grew up.  Then they visited Bette Ina Brown to check on the Augusta Cemetery web site.  Joe has been gathering information for the web site and has become an official contributor to the effort.  He resides in Franklin County, Ohio.

The guests gave their approval to this web site to reproduce the "History of Augusta Township" by Taylor C. Woodward.  It is on the schedule of "work to be done" so keep checking back for this wonderful addition.

October 9th:

On October 9, 2006, descendants of Cemetery Residents, Ralph and Cora Baker Leatherberry, visited the Augusta Cemetery.  They were Pauline Leatherberry, daughter-in-law of Ralph and Cora, and her daughter Patricia Leatherberry Noble with her husband, Roger Noble of Trumbull County.

To view a listing of the Augusta Cemetery Residents who are related to Patricia Leatherberry Noble, visit the pages of Ralph O. Leatherberry and Cora R. Baker Leatherberry.  It is an impressive total.
